ETNA PLUS training on SME instrument and business plan writing

Oct 10, 2014
The event was dedicated to Horizon 2020’ SME instrument as well as business plan writing for innovative companies and took place on 30 September 2014 in Athens, Greece.

With the aim to be aware of all potential opportunities for KhAI participation in Horizon 2020 projects and to obtain skills on business plan writing from experienced European colleagues, KhAI international R&D Projects Office representative  Mrs. Anna Gudkova took part in this training organized in the frame of  ETNA Plus project.

First part of the event was focused on SME instrument. It was a clear opportunity to obtain first-hand information on this new and promising instrument from EC officer and evaluator with the experience in this topic.

During the second part of the event business plan writing recommendations were presented. Since most of all H2020 research funding schemes requires business plan or business case representation, while business plan is a not so trivial process (which becomes even more challenging when the business involves innovative products and services), these information was very helpful. It will be used in the course of future proposals preparation and will raise KhAI prospects of success in the following H2020 calls.
